Use of the site
By accessing or using tirangagameplay.in.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tiranga Game and apply each time you visit, browse, or interact with any part of the Site.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law. You agree to notify Tiranga Game immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice.
Permitted and prohibited conduct

You must not violate any applicable central, state, or local law or regulation in India; transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its servers; deploy bots, scrapers, or automated data-extraction tools without prior written consent; or impersonate any person or entity. Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and, where warranted, referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual property
All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of Tiranga Game or its content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to both civil and criminal liability.
Limited licence to users
Tiranga Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software component; remove proprietary notices from any material; or frame or mirror any portion of the Site on another server without our express written consent. Any use beyond the scope of this licence automatically terminates the rights granted to you.
User-submitted content
If you submit, post, or transmit any content to the Site, including comments, feedback, or suggestions, you grant Tiranga Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Tiranga Game, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if Tiranga Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Payment and transaction disclaimers
Where the Site integrates with third-party payment platforms, including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM UPI, Tiranga Game is not responsible for failed, delayed, or disputed transactions processed by those platforms. Disputes relating to any such payment must be raised directly with the relevant service provider. Tiranga Game's total liability in connection with any single transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific transaction.
No warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tiranga Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any risk associated with your use of the Site.
